Swimming pool and Sports Facilities Closure Extending to Jun.28, 2021

Due to continuing severity of COVID-19 and the following of the Government announcement, the swimming pool, and sports facilities closure will be continued to be closed until the 28 of June.

  • Membership

    Membership period will be extended.

  • Swimming lessons Suspension: May 13th to June 28th

    • Lessons in progress may request for refund or extension.
    • The lesson extension plan will be announced around the 21st of June, 2021
      • Refund needs:
        1. Original invoice or receipt.
        2. Passbook copy (Mark “for TMU swimming lesson refund usage only.”)
        3. ID copy (Mark “for TMU swimming lesson refund usage only.”)
          • Notice: ID and passbook must belong to the same person, all accounts are acceptable.
          • Please mail to address as followed: Luke Tasi, Office of Physical Education Affairs, 250 Wu-Hsing Street, Taipei City, Taiwan 110.
          • Please notify by E-mail after the mailing is completed. E-mail: luke@tmu.edu.tw
    • 1 on 1 session period will extend according to the number of closing days.

  • Summer Swimming Lessons

    Refund Policy

    • Refund policies follow as below:
      (1)Refund policies follow the rules of 「Measuring Implementation of Education promotion」 by the Ministry of Education.
      (2)Cancellation of class before the first day, the student is entitled to a 90% refund.
      (3)Cancellation before completion of one third of the courses(including 2 classes and below), the student is entitled to a 50% refund.
      (4)Cancellation after completion of one third of the courses, on refund will be issued.
      (5)To apply refund, please prepare original receipt(invoice), ID copy (or household registration transcript), student passbook copy(if passbook belongs to parents, please include household registration transcript). The refund will be effective within 30 business days after receiving the information above.
    • Notice:
      • ID and passbook must belong to the same person, all accounts are acceptable.
      • Full refund will be made if the Ministry of Education announce closure of swimming pools.
